For specialist or higher-risk services, further checks and evaluations are undertaken to confirm that suppliers are fully equipped to operate within a residential development setting.
Fair and transparent tendering
When works are required, we typically invite a number of approved suppliers to submit competitive tenders, drawing on both national contractors and local businesses where they represent the best fit. Suppliers nominated by homeowners may also be taken into consideration.
All pricing is assessed through a structured tender process with a clear focus on securing fair, sustainable costs for residents. Quotations are benchmarked against existing rates and relevant UK market data for the trade or service that is required.
Where submitted pricing falls outside market expectations, we enter into direct discussions with suppliers to negotiate more appropriate rates.
